Easy Lemon Pasta with Chicken

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, until al dente
- 1 lb dried penne
- 2 chicken cutlets, cut into fingers
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 3 Tbs roughly chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

- A few grates nutmeg
- 6 chicken breasts
- 6 slices prosciutto di Parma, 1/3 pound

In a saucepan combine the wine, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar and orange zest
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion -- finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 2 garlic cloves -- minced
