- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 package (5.2 oz.) Boursin Cheese, any flavor
- Salt, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
- Rosemary, for garnish
