- 4 1/2 tablespoons (1.4 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cubed and softened at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instant Pot Bone Broth

Instructions Put all of the ingredients into the inner liner of your Instant Pot
- Bones* any kind, previously cooked
- Water** enough to just cover bones
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Large Yellow Onion cut in quarters or eighths to fit in pot
- 5 Cloves Garlic smashed
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Other Options
- 1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar***

- 1 1/2 Pound Beef Round Top Round Roast, cut in chunks (recommend using beef shank or short ribs instead)

- 1 chicken carcass
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 cup diced celery
- 6-8 cups water
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Thyme
- A few cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- Parmesan rind (optional but amazing!)
- 1-2 cups diced chicken meat
- 1-2 cups egg noodles, cooked to al dente as per package directions
- Salt to taste
