- 2 lbs. country style pork ribs
- 3 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt

CRUST: Put cookie, melted butter and 3 Tbsp milk in a food processor
- CRUST:
- 2 cups cookie crumbs (like graham cracker crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted

- FILLING:
- 3 tsp powdered gelatin
- 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding

Baked Rice with Mushrooms, Peppers, Turkey Bacon and Cheese

Heat up fry pan with a bit of olive oil (the turkey bacon doesn't release much oil
- 1 cup of leftover cooked rice (mine is mixed of white and brown rice), refrigerated overnight
- 1 - 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper (you can use any color), remove seeds, diced
- 1 - 1 cup sliced fresh shitake mushrooms (or any other mushrooms)
- 4 - 4 slices of turkey bacon (you can use other bacon/sausages/SPAM/etc), cut into small pieces
- 1 - 1 cup grated cheese (I used mozzarella and parmesan, you can use other cheeses)
- - olive oil, salt, black pepper, worchestershire sauce, dry herb mix (oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme - optional)
