- 2 to 3 tablespoon whole milk
Lemon-and-lime icebox pie with a chocolate graham-cracker crust

To make the crust, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan
- For the chocolate graham-cracker crust:
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (about 8 large rectangles)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted, still warm
- For the lemon and lime filling:
- 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
