The In-N-Out, Telway, White Manna Ultimate Animal-Style Slider Mashup

1 Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, sugar, white vinegar, pickles, and pickle juice in a food processor
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped kosher dill pickles, with 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 About 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 24-ounces freshly ground beef (see note), divided into twelve 2-ounce pucks
- 1 large onion, sliced paper thin on a mandoline (about 1 1/2 cups total)
- 6 slices American cheese, cut in half
- 12 Slider Rolls (preferably Martin's brand Sliced Sandwich Rolls)
Restaurant Style Salsa

Blend all vegetables together in a blender
- 1 Hot Pepper - Depending on how how you like your salsa you can use these listed from mildest to hottest: Anaheim, Poblano, Jalapeno, Serrano, or Habanero.
- 1/2 Organic Bell Pepper (we used the red pepper because it's sweeter)
- 1 1/2 Quarts of Tomatoes (this is after they are blended)
- 1 1/2 Medium Onions
- 1 Organic Celery Stalk
- 1/3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tsp Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Small can of tomato paste - add more if you want it thicker
Mexican Hot Chocolate

Method: - Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 56 gms of Mexican chocolate (or any other semi-sweet chocolate you have)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Add diced bacon to a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- butter
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
"Old Fashioned Blackberry Cobbler!"

Place the blackberries, sugar, and water in a pan on the stove and bring to a boil
- 1 prepared pastry dough for a double crust pie
- 3 cups blackberries

This is an old family recipe that has been enjoyed time and time again
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c milk
Coconut Cupcakes

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line your muffin tin with some cute liners :) 2
- makes 24 regular
- 2 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (12 tablespoons)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, large
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream (I used low-fat)
- 1 cup lightly packed sweetened flaked coconut (I chopped mine even smaller because the long strings are not appetizing to me)
- Vanilla Buttercream: makes enough to smear like I did. If you want to pipe it, make a double batch.
- 2 sticks (one cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Bacon Cheese Breadsticks

Preheat oven to 400º. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet
- 1 Can Pizza Dough (Pillsbury)
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 6 Slices Bacon, crumbled
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil (approximately)
- Marinara, sauce
Chicken Teriyaki

Serve this chicken teriyaki whole or chopped up on a bowl of steaming hot rice with some extra sauce
- For brine:
- 1/2 C water
- 2 Tbs dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbs dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbs mirin
- 4-6 skin-on filleted (boneless) chicken thighs
- For teriyaki sauce:
- 2 Tbs mild flavored honey (or maltose)
- 2 Tbs dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbs mirin
- 2 Tbs sake
"Spicy BBQ Meatloaf with Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce Topping

Instructions Preheat oven to 375F or 190C
- Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce Topping:
- 1.5 lbs 85% lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 1- 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes with chiles, undrained
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Montreal Smoky Steak seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
