Everyone has their own way of boiling eggs
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 spring onion
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt

Meatballs with Peppers and Pineapple

Combine ground beef, diced onion, egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and crushed red pepper
- 1-¼ pound Ground Beef
- ½ whole Onion, Diced Very Finely
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ cups Panko Bread Crumbs (or Regular Breadcrumbs)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- ½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper, More To Taste
- ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
- Canola Oil, For Frying
- 2 whole Green Bell Peppers, Seeded And Diced Roughly
- 1-½ cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 2 cups Beef Stock Or Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- ½ cups Sherry Or White Wine Vinegar
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Salt To Taste
- Crushed Red Pepper, To Taste
- Extra Beef Stock If Needed
"SPICY KOREAN PORK STIR FRY

Instructions Cut pork into thin slices
- 1 lb / 500g boneless pork shoulder (excess fat trimmed) (Note 1)
- 1 small pear, grated (1/2 cup) (or nashi pear OR apple) (Note 2)
- 1/2 medium onion, grated (1/4 cup) (brown, white or yellow)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced or finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (all purpose or light soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste) OR see Note 3 for substitution
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 onion, halved and sliced (brown, white or yellow)
- 1 scallion/shallot stalk, sliced
- Sesame seeds
- Rice
Fried Cornbread Fritters

Mix the ingredients together and fry like pancakes on an oiled hot griddle or skillet
- 1 cup of self rising white cornmeal
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 3/4 cup of self-rising flour

- 1 cup cold milk

Beef Roast Braised in Zinfandel

Pour a little water into a Dutch oven or other heavy, lidded pot
- 1 (3 1/2 pound) chuck roast, boneless
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 4 oz pancetta, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped medium (about 2 cups)
- 2 medium carrots, chopped medium (about 1 cup)
- 2 ribs celery, chopped medium (1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 3 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Zinfandel wine (can substitute Cabernet Sauvignon)
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Slow Cooker Hot Dog Chili Recipe

Makes about 6 cups
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 4 tablespoons diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water, plus 1 quart hot water (for crockpot hotdog chili, reduce the water to a 1/2 cup and 2 cups respectively).
Bangers & Mash Straight Out Of The Pan

Method: Boil potatoes in water for 20 min till soft
- Yukon potato: 1kg, washed & peeled, cut into chunks
- Natural Greek yoghurt: 1/2 cup
- Plain milk: 1 cup
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Thyme: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- Ground blackpepper: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- White onion: 3, sliced into rings
- Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Water: 2 cups
- Chicken stock cube: 1
- Corn starch mixture: 2 tbsp corn starch + 4 tbsp water
- Banger (or any other sausages): 6
