Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Pizza Rolls

First take 1 teaspoon of your ranch dressing mix and combine it with 1 1/2 T parmesan cheese
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough* (or make your own)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T olive oil or melted butter
- sharp cheddar cheese (I used 75% sharp cheddar and 25% mozzarella)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 about 1 C shredded, cooked chicken.
- 3/4 C mayo
- 3/4 C milk

- 1/2 large onion grated
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (2oz) shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning *
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes omit for less heat
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage * hot or mild, casings removed
