Bobby's Pimento Cheese

- House Seasoning:
- 1 Package Cream Cheese (3-ounce) room temperature
- 1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Cup Grated Monterey Jack
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 2 Tablespoons Pimentos, smashed (2 to 3)
- 1 Teaspoon Grated Onion
- Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Salt
- 1/4 Cup Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
- Mix Ingredients Together and Store in an Airtight Container for up to 6 Months.
Pressure Cooker Sirloin Tips in Gravy

BUTTERMILK PIE

1. Make the Pie Crust: Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulse a few times to combine
- For the Pie Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons vegetable shortening, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 3 to 4 tablespoons ice water
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- For the Filling:
- 3/4 + 2 teaspoons cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
