  • House Seasoning:
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese (3-ounce) room temperature
  • 1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Grated Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimentos, smashed (2 to 3)
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Onion
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
  • Mix Ingredients Together and Store in an Airtight Container for up to 6 Months.

1. Make the Pie Crust: Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulse a few times to combine
