- 1 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) - thawed
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)

"Pub-Style Burger Sauce-CI

This “special sauce” recipe is easily made from a few flavorful pantry ingredients, fresh chives, and garlic
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Red Bean Soup

This soup has all of the wonderful flavors of Red Beans and Rice, but in soup form
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Small Red Kidney Beans (soaked Overnight or for at Least a Few Hours)
- 1 Cup Ham, diced
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 1 Bunch Thyme, tied tightly with butcher’s twine
- 8 Cups Chicken Stock (you Could Certainly Use Water)
- 2 Fresh Bay Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Andouille Sausage, cubed
- 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions, thinly sliced on the bias
- Hot Sauce to Taste
- Worcestershire Sauce to Taste
"All-American Meatloaf, The Food Lab's"

For best results, grind your own meat
- For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup homemade or store-bought low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 ounce (2 packets; about 1 1/2 tablespoons) unflavored gelatin
- 2 slices high-quality white sandwich bread, crusts removed and torn into rough pieces
- 4 ounces button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 anchovy filets
- 1/2 teaspoon Marmite
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 medium cloves garlic, roughly chopped (about 2 teaspoons)
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 small carrot, peeled and roughly (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 ounces freshly ground pork (see note above)
- 1 1/4 pounds freshly ground beef (see note above)
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces cheddar, provolone, Monterey Jack, or Muenster cheese, finely grated (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup finely minced fresh parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dinner Rolls

Combine 3/4 cup flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt in a large bowl
- 2 to 2-1/4 C AP flour, divided
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 packet RapidRise Yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 C water
- 2 Tbs butter (or a spray of “Pam for Baking”)
Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Gravy (that almost makes itself!)

Melt butter in a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 onion, chopped medium
- 1 carrot, chopped medium (I did't peel it)
- 1 celery rib, chopped medium
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed (I only used 2 garlic cloves)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional, but flavorful)
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (6-7 pound turkey breast, trimmed
- salt and pepper

"Best Instant Pot Beef Bourguignon

Instructions Toss the beef with the flour, salt and pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand stew meat, or boneless top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cognac
- 1 bunch thyme, tied in a bundle
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 pound new potatoes, halved
- 4 carrots, peeled and rough chopped
- handful of mushrooms (optional) trimmed and quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1 cup red wine (Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 heaping Tbsp tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tsp gravy browning (add this at the end, as necessary, if you prefer)
- 1 cup frozen pearl onions
- 4 Tbsp flour mixed with an equal amount of water
