Puppy Chow Chex Mix

Into large bowl, measure out Chex cereal and set aside
- 9 cup Chex Cereal(roughly 1 12oz box)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter(1 stick)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 to 2cup powdered sugar

Directions: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or use the microwave

- 2 four ounce bars (226g) semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (21g) natural unsweetened or dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup (5 Tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a medium bowl combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- 1 Boneless Beef Chuck-eye Roast (3 1/2- to 4-pound) trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes (see note)

Beef Back Ribs with Outback Seasoning

Any rub that you would use on brisket or other cut of beef will work with these ribs
- 4 Tablespoons Non-iodized Table Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- Combine All Ingredients and Mix Thoroughly. Makes About 1/2 Cup.

- 9 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. carrots, chopped
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 (1# pkg.) homestyle noodles
- (I used 12 ozs. pkg. frozen Reames noodles - they're just like homemade!)
