  • 150 ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • 200 g quark

  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 500 g runner beans, thinly sliced
  • 350 g dried bucatini or other pasta shapes
  • 150 g smoked salmon, cut into small strips
