Poppy Seed Bread

Combine sugar, eggs, milk and oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
Dock Tomato Salsa

Combine dressing mix, vinegar and oil
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces shredded Mozarella cheese
- 1 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
- 1 4 ounce can chopped black olives
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped and peeled
- 1 package tortilla chips
Pineapple Barbecue Sauce Pork Chops

In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, barbecue sauce, onion and chili sauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)
Three-Seed Crackers

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and heat the oven to 450°F
- For the topping:
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 tsp. fennel or caraway seeds
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- For the dough:
- 6-3/4 oz. (1-1/2 cups) unbleached all-purpose flour; more for rolling
- 2 oz. (scant 1/2 cup) whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp. table salt

Asian Steak Kebabs

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. each chili garlic sauce and toasted sesame oil
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 top sirloin steak (1 1/2 lb) trimmed, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- Toasted sesame seeds

- 1 pound ground chicken

- 1 stalk celery, minced

Chicken Kabobs with Peach Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch, curry, cinnamon and chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cans (5-1/2 ounces each) peach nectar
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium peaches, cut into chunks
- 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salami Chips with Grainy Mustard

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 8 ounces thinly sliced salami
One-Dish Sausage and Penne Ragu

Brown sausage in large saute pan in oil over medium-high heat, 5 minutes
- Brown:
- 12 ounces bulk Italian sausage
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 2 T. each minced garlic and tomato paste
- 2 t. each dried oregano and dried basil
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
- Deglaze:
- 1 cup red wine, divided
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, (28 ounces)
- 1 t. sugar
- Stir in:
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz. dry penne pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. fresh mozarella, sliced
- chopped fresh basil
Tuna Zuchinni Cakes

- 1 pouch (6.4 ounces) light tuna in water
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs, divided
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
