Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets
- 3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco or butter
- 1 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats, uncooked
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup cornflakes cereal, crumbled
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts (optional)
Corn Bread Dressing

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 2 8 x 8 x 2 and one 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 2 boxes (8.5 oz each) corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 8 oz bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium size carrots, diced (about 1/2 c)
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch Cayenne
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Roast Beef with Horseradish-Mustard Sauce

- Roast Beef:
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 (3 lb) sirloin tip roast, trimmed
- Sauce:
- 3/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
