Philadelphia Cucumber and Herb Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely shredded cucumber, well drained
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
Mashed Sweet Potatoes or Yams

- Add spices - nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, or ginger - according to taste, but in small quantities, about 1/8 teaspoon per potato.
- 4 medium sweet potatoes or yams

- 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped

- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Good Brown Stew
