- 1 cup Meijer light mayonnaise
- 2 medium English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. fresh chopped dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg white
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 sheets thawed frozen phyllo dough

- Dough Topping:
- 2 packages yeast (1/2-ounce or 2 scant tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup milk (warmed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granular sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Frosting:
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 drops butter flavor extract
Thai-Style Chicken Spring Rolls

- 1 pound ground chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons minced or finely grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Thai peanut sauce, such as San-J or King of Siam brand
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 6 8 1/2-inch round dried rice spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
French Bread

- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
- 7 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon cold water
Mini Hummus Pitas

- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 16-ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 whole wheat mini pita rounds, such as Sahara or Wholesome Choice brand
- 2 cups mesclun salad greens or torn bibb lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 16 small mint leaves (optional)

- 2 cans (7.5 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
