- 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbs Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic

- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

- 4 Chicken Breast
- MEXI-RANCH DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbs Milk
- 2 tsp Minced Tomato
- 1- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Minced Jalapeno
- 1 tsp Minced Onion
- 1/4 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Dried Dill Weed
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

- 1 cup Shred3 Cheddar/ Monterey Jack Cheese

- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 c pineapple tidbits
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Sriracha makes it cut down the sweetness, but not spicy, add more if you want heat
- 1/2 onion diced, optional
- 3 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp of hot liquid from pot to thicken at end

- 2 28-ounce cans diced tomatoes (in juice)
- 2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage , hot or sweet, casings removed
- 3 medium cloves garlic , minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes , optional
- Table salt
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- Cheese Filling and Pasta
- 3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese (about 2 cups)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
- 2 large eggs , lightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 16 no-boil lasagna noodles (see note above)

- 2-1/2 lbs new Potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 med. Onions, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) reduced-sodium Beef broth
- 1 can (14.9 oz) Irish stout Beer
- 10 Garlic cloves, sliced
- Coarse Salt & Pepper
- 2 boxes (10 oz.) frozen baby peas, thawed

- 1 cube beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 cup water
