- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter , 4 tablespoons melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded American cheese , (about 5 ounces)
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1.) Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and place them in the slow cooker
- 1 ½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)

- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling

- 3 (10-ounce) bags curly-leaf spinach , stems removed, leaves washed and dried

- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
