If cabbage is rinsed & not well drained reduce amt of water in dressing
- ¾ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon table salt - use extra if using kosher salt
- ⅓ cup oil
- ½ head shredded cabbage
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced

- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk or plain (not Greek) yogurt; or 1 1/4 cups liquid whey*(use alternative milk plus 1 tbs per cup vinegar or lemon juice for vegan)
