Cuban Lunches

Melt chips, add peanuts and krispies
- 1 pkg peanut butter chips
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 1 pkg butterscotch chips
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 1/2 cups peanuts
PASTA

Combine dry ingredients - add oil- Add one egg at a time
- 1/2 cup semolina flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 large eggs
Mexicali Beef Pie

Crumble fry ground beef till all pink is gone; add onions, chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin and pepper
- 15 oz ground beef
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup drained canned mild chili peppers
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp double-acting baking powder
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 oz cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
Taco Soup

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 14 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 19 0z cans mushrooms
- 1 14 oz can kernel corn
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 50 oz water
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 pkg ranch style mix
FRUIT CEREAL - (Weight Watchers)

Combine above ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 3 cups skim milk or Soy Drink
- 2 Tbsp Honey (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 raisins
Butter Tarts

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into tart shells
- 6 eggs
- 6 cups brown sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 cups raisins
- I sometimes add some coconut

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes

- 3 cup hot water
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Fermipan yeast

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups rice krispies
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
