Lemon Chicken Lasagna

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
- 1.5 to 2 jars garlic alfredo sauce
- 1 Tbsp. drained capers
- No- boil lasagna noodles
- 1/2 of 15 oz container ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups mozarella shredded
- 1.5 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
- 1.25 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 9 oz pkg cooked chicken breast strips
Smoked Barbecued Turkey

Remove the neck and giblets from the turkey cavity and reserve for another use
- 1 turkey, 11 to 13 pounds, fresh or defrosted
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- teaspoon granulated garlic
- 3 handfuls hickory chips, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Clam Chowder Soup

1.In a blender, combine the clam juice, broth, dry milk, and flour
- 4 cups clam juice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- One 10-ounce can clams, drained
- Pinch of parsley flakes
- 2 medium baked potatoes, peeled
- and diced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

1. Chipotle Mayonnaise: Wearing rubber gloves, finely chop chipotle peppers
- CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE:
- 1 pkg (7 oz/200g) frozen crabmeat, thawed
- 1/3 cup finely diced sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced sweet green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp abodo sauce
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
French Onion Soup

1. In a medium stock pot, heat broth over medium-high heat 2
- 5 onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (1pound) loaf French bread, sliced

- 250 g butter (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 100 g cup cocoa powder (2/3 cup)
- 400 g caster/superfine sugar (1 3/4 cups)
- 140 ml sour cream (2/3 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 250 g plain flour (2 cups)
- 2 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda/baking soda
- 500-600 g sifted icing sugar/powdered sugar (4-5 cups)
- 100 g butter at room temperature (1/2 cup)
- 250 g cream cheese at room temperature (8oz)
- 4-6 tbsps Baileys Irish Cream (to taste)
Rum Cake

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package yellow or golden cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dark rum
Corn muffins with honey butter

1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, milk powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup Dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Honsy Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Butter, softened (no substitutes)
Extraordinary Cheese Dip

Combine all ingredients. Warm and serve
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly
- 1 tsp Epicure 3 Onion
- 1 tsp Epicure Cheese, Chives & Bacon
Bacon Rounds

- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups (8 oz ) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 24 small French bread slices or 12 slices white bread
