Bachelor's Stew

Combine bread crumbs with salt and pepper and toss with beef
- 2 pounds round steak trimmed of fat and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 carrots, cut into thick strips ( use baby carrots)
- 4 Stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cans tomato soup
- 1 cup beef broth
HEARTY CORN CHOWDER WITH PEAS

1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium – high heat
- 2 Tsp olive oil
- 2 oz Italian sausage, hot or mild, cut into small chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) vegetable broth
- 2 russet potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
- 1 can (15 oz) cream corn
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tsp mild hot sauce

- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless, chicken thighs (I made the mistake of leaving it on the bone – NOT a smart move)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large yellow onion diced
- 5 ribs of celery chopped
- 1.5 cups of baby carrots chopped (more if you like them)
- 1.5 cups of frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 5 cups of chicken stock
- 1 3/4 Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cups of heavy cream
- 2/3 cups of milk
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- 1/4 cup of Parmesean cheese
- 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning
Blue Cheese Mushrooms

PREHEAT broiler. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems
- 1 pound medium fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 package (4 ounces) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 3 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Chocolate Pudding Cake (Slowcooker)

1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil in mixer bowl
- 1 Chocolate cake mix
- 3.9 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Salmon Marinade

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup Demura Sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger

Curried Meatloaf

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped, peeled apple
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup finely chopped peanuts
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1/3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper

Sweet And Sour Pork

Combine pork, water and salt in large saucepan
- 2 lbs. Boneless pork, cut bite size
- Water, to cover
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Medium carrots, cubed
- 2 Large onions, cubed
- 2 Medium green peppers, cubed
- SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

- 2 lb hashbrowns
- 500 ml sour cream
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- grated onion and salt
- 2 cups grated cheese
