  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 3 cups skim milk or Soy Drink
  • 2 Tbsp Honey (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 raisins



Step 1

Combine above ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Add orange rind or dash of bitters

Before serving add any one or some of oranges, grapefruit, apples, pears, bananas, kiwi, berries, nuts.

Add additional maik of Soy if desired.
