Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie

Chocolate Chip cookie with a Rolo in the middle
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups pecans, chopped
- 50 Rolos, frozen at least 2 hours
Chocolate Macaroon Chex Mix

1. In large microwavable bowl, measure cereal
- 6 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup vanilla milk chips

- 9 cups Vanilla Chex®, Chocolate Chex®, or Cinnamon Chex® cereal (or combination)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Broccoli and PB2 Salad

Wash and dry broccoli, break flowerettes into bite size pieces
- Dressing:
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (3/4 c is usually plenty)
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup PB2 powder
Butterfinger Pie

- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz cool whip, thawed
- 7 (2.1 oz) Butterfingers, crushed
Chili and Garlic Snack Mix

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, popcorn and peanuts
- 4 cups Corn Chex® or Rice Chex® cereal
- 5 cups popped fat-free microwave popcorn
- 1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 package (12 ounces) miniature pretzels
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) Bugles
- 1 can (10 ounces) salted cashews
- 1 package (6 ounces) bite-size cheddar cheese fish crackers
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- Directions
- In two large bowls, combine the pretzels, Bugles, cashews and
- crackers. Sprinkle with dressing mix; toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle with oil; toss until well coated. Store in airtight
- containers. Yield: 6 quarts.
Chocolate Peppermint Chip Cookies

- Using a large scoop, I had 26 cookies. If you make them small (regular size), you’ll have about 4 dozen.
- Use 2 cookie sheets. Allow the cookie sheet to cool off before placing second batch of dough on them. Never place cookie dough on a hot sheet.
