Caramel Chocolate Chex Mix

1.In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals
- 3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 1/2 bag (14-oz size) caramels (about 25)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

In an airtight container, put crackers on end
- Firecrackers
- 1 lb saltine crackers
- 1 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Dressing mix
- 2 T crushed peppers
- 1/2 tsp garlic
Caramel Cookie Chex Mix

1. In large microwaveable bowl, measure cereals and popcorn
- 2 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 2 cups Cinnamon Chex® cereal
- 2 cups popped popcorn
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- White corn syrup is an easy sub for dark corn syrup, it doesn't have as much flavor, but still works fine in the recipe.
