Banana Nut Bread

Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz ea) instant vanilla pudding
- 1-1/4 tsp bkg soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup veg oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecan or walnut)
- I cup raisins
Million Dollar Pie

Place pie crust in 9" glass pie pan
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 4 Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey granola bars,
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup choc chips
Zucchini Nut Bread

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
- 3 eggs
- 2-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup veg oil
- 1 cup raisins,
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups zucchini
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinn
- 1 tsp grnd cloves
- 1 tsp al1 spice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Toll House Pie

Melt butter and allow to cool to room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell
Lemon Delight Trifle

Whisk milk and pudding mix together
- 3-1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 3.4 oz pkg instant lemon pudding
- 1 8 0z pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 12 oz pkg lemon creme filled cookies, crushed
Sausage and Egg Pizza

Cook sausage over med heat until no longer pink
- I pkg reg sausage
- 1 can(8.5 oz) crescent rolls
- 1 cup hash browns
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Potato Casserole, Easy Cheesy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 20 oz hash browns
- 1-1/2 cups 2% reduced fat shredded Mexican four cheese blend.
- 10-3/4 oz reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup choppe fresh chives
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Maple Sticky Buns

Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup in 8 inch pan and bake @375 degrees until butter melts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbls maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped Pecans
- 1 - 8 oz can crescent rolls
- 1 tbls sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Sausage Popovers

Cook crumbled sausage until browned
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 lg chopped onion
- 1 lg chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 tbls chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1-1/2 lbs sausage
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c chopped tomato
- 1 tbls flour
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 3/4 c grated Asiago cheese
- 3/4 c shredded provolone cheese
- 16 biscuits
Sweet Potato Casserole, Praline

- Topping:
- 1 40 oz can sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
