- 7 7 7 ounces milk chocolate (chips or bars)*
- 2 2 2 teaspoons solid vegetable shortening (like Crisco)
- 4 4 4 large biscuits of original shredded wheat cereal
- 36 36 36 candy coated mini chocolate eggs (Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs shown)
- 12 12 12 standard size paper cupcake liners (Spring flowers or pastels are nice)
Lemonade Pie

Great summertime dessert! And this cool and refreshing icebox pie couldn't be easier to make
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened slightly
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed then measured
- 2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 or 2 (9-inch) shortbread or graham cracker crust *see Note below*
- Note: This made a really full pie, so next time I will use 2 crusts then top off with some additional Cool Whip or whipped cream. Or use the larger '2-extra servings' graham cracker crust.

- 1 (16 oz) container ready-made frosting, or homemade recipe
- Assorted candy sprinkles for decorating, optional
Banana Split Brownie Pizza

All your favorite banana split toppings, on a brownie "crust"
- 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
- 1 (8 ozs) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 (8 ozs) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 bananas, sliced and tossed in 1 tsp. lemon juice to prevent discoloring
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained on paper towels,
- OR 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Chocolate ice cream topping or chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Chocolate Gravy

In a 1-qt non-stick saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt
- Scant 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Fried Ravioli with Crawfish Cream Sauce

Frozen cheese filled ravioli are deep fried and topped with a creamy crawfish sauce
- 12-16 ozs. crawfish tails (thawed if frozen and rinsed in cold water then drained well in colander)
- Frozen cheese ravioli (I used Great Value Five Cheese ravioli)
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs (I used Progresso)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (in green can)
- 2 extra-large eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery, optional
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (I used Hunt's)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt, black pepper, creole seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Large pretzel rods
- White melting chocolate (I used about 5 to 6-ounces white chocolate chips)
- 1 (10-ounce) bag white mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter (I used salted)
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- Peanut Butter
- Bran Flakes cereal (I used flakes from General Mills Raisin Nut Bran)
