CHEESY ARTICHOKE CUPS

Very very good and easy
- 24 Small wonton wrappers (approximately 3-inch squares)
- 2 jars (6-1/4 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup ripe pitted olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

I asked my grandmother for this recipe after trying these irresistible spice cupcakes at her home
- CUPCAKES:
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1-1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- CARAMEL FROSTING:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups confectioners' sugar

- 1/2 cup (2 3/4 ounces) yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant or rapid-rise yeast
- 1 1/4 cups water (10 ounces), room temperature
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted, plus 4 tablespoons, softened
- 1 teaspoon plus 4 tablespoons olive oil
- SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated onion , from 1 medium onion (see note)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Table salt
- 2 medium garlic cloves , minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 teaspoons)
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes (see note)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- TOPPINGS:
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese , shredded (about 4 cups) (see note)

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (about 4 1/2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
