- CRUST:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- FILLING:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 grated lemon rind
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- HALF RECIPE:
- 2 packages yeast
- 4-1/2 cups warm water
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 15 cups flour
- 1 package yeast
- 2-1/4 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7-1/2 cups flour
- CINNAMON ROLL FILLING:
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Cinammon and sometimes nutmeg or cocoa

- 1 box 15-ounce Raisin Bran Cereal (8 cups)
- 5 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 5 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 quart buttermilk

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons green creme de menthe
- 2 tablespoons white creme de cacao
- 1-1/2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
RUSTIC FRUIT TART

Makes 2 (12-inch) tart crusts
- For the crust:
- • 21/2 c. all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling dough
- • 2 tbsp. sugar
- • 1 tsp. salt
- • 12 tbsp. cold unsalted butter (11/2 sticks, cut in1/2 -in.pieces)
- • 1/2 c. cold vegetable shortening
- • 1/4 c. ice water
- • 1/4 c. cold vodka, see Note
- For each tart filling:
- • 1/2 c. sugar
- • Pinch of salt
- • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- • 2 c. fruit of choice, sliced thin or left whole, depending on the fruit
- • Melted butter and sparkling sugar
