PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIE BARS

Debbie's recipe! Debbie makes it best though!!!
- Stir in:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- Heat over medium heat until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies
- Press into a buttered 9” x 13” pan.
WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

This chili is packed with flavor and fiber
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 lbs (32 oz) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 t salt
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/8 t cloves, ground
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 4 (15.5 oz cans) cannellini (white kidney) beans, drained and rinsed
- 28 oz chicken stock, low sodium
- 2 c corn, frozen
- 2 (4 oz cans) green chilis
- 1 lime
- 3/4 c low fat, shredded monterey jack cheese

- Â1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- Â1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (from 32 square crackers)
- 1 c. coconut
- Â1/2 c. chopped almonds
- Â1/4 c. (Â1/2 stick) softened butter
- 2 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- Glaze:
- 2/3 c. (4 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. butter

I asked my grandmother for this recipe after trying these irresistible spice cupcakes at her home
- CUPCAKES:
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1-1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- CARAMEL FROSTING:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups confectioners' sugar

- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup cut up orange slices (candy)
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
