- 1 (8-ounce) package egg noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Easy Sweet Potato & Chicken Curry

Heat the coconut oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat
- 1 onion
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 serrano chile
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 24-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (brown)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, depending on taste
- Cilantro, for garnish

- 10 apples. peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- FOR THE CRUST
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 2 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- FOR THE ICING
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- dash salt

Chicken Francoise

1. Beat eggs till frothy. Add cheese, parsley and garlic
- 3 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Sounds like a good way to use up someof those bags of frozen Cranberries you found!!
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbs honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (18-ounce) container uncooked regular oats
- 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tbs grated orange rind
- 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering but not smoking
- Our version of beef Stroganoff tops seared flank steak with a rich-tasting sauce made with a touch of cognac, reduced-fat sour cream and plenty of portobello mushrooms. Serve over whole-wheat egg noodles
- 2 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
- 1 pound flank steak, trimmed
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stemmed, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
