  • 1 24-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (brown)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, depending on taste
  • Cilantro, for garnish
