Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Brownies:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 8 pork chops, 1 1/2-inches thick

DIRECTIONS In a food processor, finely crush 50 of the sandwich cookies
- 54 chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) tub dairy-free whipped topping
- 2 (3.9 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding

Scallop Scampi with Peppers

- 1 pound (85 percent lean) ground beef
