Pumpkin Pie Pecans

Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Roast pecans on a rimmed baking sheet for 15 minutes (trust me, this is the best part!)
- 5 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
Cajun Chicken Alfredo

Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl or ziploc bag, toss or shake to coat
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 -2 cups heavy cream (depending on how thick you like it)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
- grated parmesan cheese for top if desired

- 6 oz. can crab meat
- 3 T minced green onions
- 1 T milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Classic Iced Sugar Cookies

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (about 11 1/4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 10 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract $

- Icing:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk $

Pumpkin Spice Latte

In a saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin, and sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee

- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 egg white
- 10 drops hot sauce (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 large green tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 1 1/2 pounds)
