- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup (16 tablespoons) butter, softened to room
- temperature
- 2 cups smooth or chunky peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or a combination of peanut
- butter and chocolate chips)

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut
- into strips, maybe 1/2 inch
- 3 cups broccoli florets, cut
