The World's Best Cream Cheese Frosting

This cream cheese frosting is delicious and especially great on pumpkin cookies
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Monster Cookies Big Batch

Mix in bowl in order given
- 12 eggs
- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 4 c. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. Karo syrup
- 8 tsp. baking soda
- 7 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 lb. peanut butter
- 18 c. oatmeal
- 1 lb. chocolate chips
- 1 lb. M&M'S® (plain)
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. Karo Syrup
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/4 lb. chocolate chips
- 1/4 lb. M&M'S® (plain)
PW's Penne a la Betsy

Cook the penne pasta until tender-firm, also known as al dente
- 3/4 pounds Penne Pasta
- 1 pound devined, cooked extra large shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion (small)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup White Wine, Or To Taste
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 T Fresh Parsley
- 2 T Fresh Basil
- salt & pepper to taste
Delicious Garlic Bread

- 1 C butter, softened
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 10 cloves garlic (can use garlic powder)
- 3 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 t oregano
- 2 large loaves French bread, cut lengthwise
Chocolate Turtle Cookies

1. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt in bowl
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, separated, plus 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped fine
- 14 soft caramel candies
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Orange Pecan French Toast

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 12 (3/4 inch thick) slices French bread (use whole French bread loaf and slice accordingly)
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for dusting

- CAKE:
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- ICING:
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons water
Bacon Caesar Pasta Salad

Cook up your pasta to al dente and then run it under cold water to stop the cooking process
- 1 pound of pasta, cooked and then cooled under running cold water
- 1 cup or so of Caesar salad dressing
- 1 box of frozen spinach, thawed and all of the excess water drained
- 10 or 12 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of croutons
- a pinch of salt and pepper

Beat eggs in pie plate. Beat in milk and cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2-1 C milk
- 4 slices white bread
- plenty of cinnamon
Green Chile Chicken Tacos

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pound of cooked and shredded chicken (click here for my perfect chicken)
- 2 (4 oz) jars of chopped green chiles
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, divided
- 12 green onions (kept whole)
- Salt and Pepper
- 6 taco shells (I like the Stand and Stuff version for baking)
- Salsa for garnishing, optional
