- 3 C Sugar
- 1 3/4 C light corn syrup
- 1 C Water
- 3-4 C Raw Peanuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 medium sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced

- 1 pound dried medium shell pasta
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Place the yeast and 2 teaspoons of the sugar in a medium bowl, then pour in water
- BUNS:
- 1 tbsp dry yeast (Note 1)
- 55 g / 1/4 cup caster sugar (superfine sugar), or sub with normal white sugar

- 600 g / 20 oz bread flour (4 1/2 US Cups, 4 Cups everywhere else exc Japan)+ extra for dusting (can use all purpose / plain flour) (Note 3)

- 1 cup / 250 ml milk, lukewarm, whole or low fat, (Note 2)
- 50 g / 3.5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can use 6 large skin-on chicken thighs or 3 chicken thighs and 3 drumsticks)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (no substitutes, use only cream of chicken condensed soup)
- 1 large egg
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt (no more as the canned soup is salty enough)
- 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
- 10 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (to taste, adjust to suit heat level) (optional)
