Slow Cooker Macaroni & Cheese

Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
Easy Smoked Sausage Skillet

Heat olive oil and garlic in skillet, stir in smoked sausage slices and cook until browned
- 1 pkg smoked sausage, diagonally sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Lg red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed (or steam some fresh broccoli)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups instant rice (I used brown rice)
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
New England Lobster Rolls

Toss all ingredients, except buns, lightly until mixed
- 1 lb lobster meat, drained
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 green onion, thinly chopped

French Bread Pizza

- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 cup chopped peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (8oz) can no salt added tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 (6inch) french rolls, split lengthwise
- 3 oz thinly sliced canadian bacon
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Asparagus Chicken Filled Ravioli Pie

Coat a 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray
- 12 oz refrigerated chicken filled ravioli
- 122 oz asparagus spears, trimmed and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbs all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp snipped fresh tarragon
- 1 Tbsp finely shredded lemon peel
Poppy Seed Apple Slaw

- 1/2 cup purchased fat free coleslaw dressing
- 1 tsp poppy seed
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 cups purchased coleslaw blend
- 2 cups (2 medium) diced unpeeled red apples

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Shoulder

Sprinkle all sides of pork roast with salt and pepper
- 1 (4lb) bone in pork shoulder roast (Boston Butt)
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pineapple au Gratin

- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- 15 oz can pineapple chunks
