Grilled Peaches and Feta Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange 1/4 cup pecans, chopped, in a single layer in a shallow pan
- 4 peaches (not white)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp tequila (optional)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- vegetable cooking spray
- 8 cups loosely packed bibb lettuce leaves (about 6oz; 1-2 heads of lettuce)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Garnish: 1/4 cup pecans
Mile High Strawberry Pie (Susan Brown)

Mix all topping ingredients together, and bake on cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- FILLING:
- 2 10oz boxes of frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups whipped topping OR 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 tsp vanilla
Broccoli Waldorf Salad

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large red apple, chopped
- 2 large granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup Marzetti Reduced Fat Salad Dressing

- 1 (3.5oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vodka 1/4 cup vegetable oil
