- 1 cup freshly grated, Parmesan cheese

- FILLING
- 2 to 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into 1 x 1/4 inch strips

Crock Pot Christmas Crack Chocolate Covered Nuts (Just a Pinch)

Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts)
- 1 jar unsalted peanuts (16oz)
- 1 jar salted peanuts (16oz)
- 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips (12oz)
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips (12oz)
- 2 bags peanut butter chips (10oz) NOTE: Could do any flavored chips
- 2 pkg white almond bar or vanilla candy coating (1 lb each)
One Bowl Apple Spice Bundt Cake with Butterscotch Glaze (Betty Crocker)

Heat oven to 325. Generously spray 1 to 12 cup fluted tube cake pan

- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist spice cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled,cored and chopped (2 cups)

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp butterscotch topping

Minty Watermelon Salad

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1/4 cup water, mint and ginger
- Minty Syrup:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

- 1 medium watermelon cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 pt. raspberries
- 1 pt blueberries

- 2 lb. bulk pork sausage (any variety)
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 11/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3 cups O'Brien hash browns (with onions and peppers)
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup original Bisquick mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 eggs
Cordon Bleu Casserole

Arrange chicken in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish coated with Pam
- 6 (4oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray (Pam)
- 3 (1oz) slices reduced fat, low salt ham, cut in half
- 3 (1 1/4oz) slices reduced fat swiss cheese, cut in half
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 1 (10 3/4oz) can reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp dry cooking sherry
- 1 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken flavored stuffing mix
Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops

Trim fat from pork. Combine pork and next 7 ingredients in a large ziploc plastic bag
- 4 (6oz) center cut loin pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
