Spinach Dip

Squeeze spinach to remove water
- 10 oz frozen, chopped spinach
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

Spray a 9X13 pan. Measure out your cereal and have everything else ready
- 4 Tbs Butter
- 1 10oz bag of Mini Marshmallows
- 1 C Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 C Peanut Butter Puff Cereal
- 1/4 C Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 tsp Cream
Martha Washingtons (Mom)

Mix and roll above into balls and chill
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can coconut

Snickerdoodle Buttermilk Pie

Copy of The Cabin's Buttermilk Pie
- Frozen Pie Crust
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 1/4 C Butter, Melted
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 TBS Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Strawberry Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Icing:
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 3 Tbs flour
- 1 pkg strawberry Jello dissolved in 1/2 C cold water
- 2/3 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 C frozen sweetened strawberries
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 1 10 oz package of frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and pureed
- 1/2 tsp Strawberry Extract
- 7 C powdered sugar

Spray a 9X13 pan. Measure out your cereal and have everything else ready
- 4 Tbs Butter

Mashed Potatoes, Garlic (WW)

Boil potatoes and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender
- 2 Lbs Potatoes (about 4 Medium Potatoes)
- 4 Large Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 C Fat Free Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs Skim Milk
- 1 Tbs Fat Free Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Dash of Pepper
Peppermint Candy (Aunt June)

Melt chocolate and peppermint in microwave
- 1 1/2 lb white chocolate
- 5 oz stick peppermint, crushed
Chicken, Oven Baked (WW)

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 T Garlic Salt
- 2 T Oregano
- 1 T Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Mustard (Your choice)
- 1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Cookie Cobbler (Linda Brooks)

- 1 can fruit pie filling
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 roll of cookie dough
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg OR allspice (choose ONLY 2!)
