Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2

    Lb Ground Beef

  • Taco Seasoning Mix (that matches amount of meat)

  • 2-3

    C Shredded Cheese

  • 1

    Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)

  • 1

    Package Taco-Style Rice (Prepared)

  • 1

    Can Mexi-Corn (Drained)

  • 4-5

    Large Flour Tortillas

  • Mild Picante (about half of a large bottle)

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray. Prepare taco meat, drain Prepare Rice Layer: Tortilla, 1/3 of beans, 1/3 Meat, some cheese 2nd Tortilla, 1/2 Rice, 1/2 Salsa, 1/2 Corn, 1/2 Cheese 3rd Tortilla, 1/3 Beans, 1/3 Meat, Cheese 4th Tortilla, Last of the Beans, Meat, Corn, Rice, Salsa, top with Cheese Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes more. Let sit for 5 minutes.
