Sugar Cookies (Paradise Bakery)

Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, cream together the sugars and shortening using an electric mixer
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Powdered sugar
- 2 C Shortening
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 4 1/3 C Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Quiche, Brunch

Combine “One.” Preheat oven to 325 degrees Beat “Two”, but use only the egg yolk
- :
- 7 oz (1/2 lb) elbow macaroni
- 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 C American cheese
- 2 C mozzarella cheese
- 2 C soft bread cubes
- 1 chopped onion, sautéed
- 1 small green bell pepper, sautéed
- :
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 C milk
- 1 tsp salt

Note: You need a tart pan for this one!
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened and sliced
- Filling:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- Fresh strawberries, kiwi slices, blueberries, raspberries
- Glaze:
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

Spray a 9X13 pan. Measure out your cereal and have everything else ready
- 4 Tbs Butter
- 1 10oz bag of Mini Marshmallows
- 1 C Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 C Peanut Butter Puff Cereal
- 1/4 C Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 tsp Cream
Red Velvet Cookies

- 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1/2 C Butter, Melted
- 2 Eggs

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C Peanut Butter
- 2/3 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Whipping Cream
- 1 Baked Pie Shell
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/3 C Whipping Cream
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1/2 oz Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Cake:
- 5 oz Baking Chocolate
- 3/4 C Butter, Cubed
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 C Water
- Strawberries
- 4 C Strawberries (or 2 large packages)
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 1 Tbs Vanilla
- Cream
- 2 pints Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Glaze
- 3-4 oz Baking Chocolate
- 2 TBS Butter
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 3 TBS Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Milk to thin
Chicken Salad (Jamie Deen)

Dice cooked chicken and mix with the rest of the ingredients
- 2 Lbs Cooked Chicken Breast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Ribs of Celery
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 tsp Krazy Salt (or Seasoned Salt)
- 1/2 C Mayo
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2-3 Tbs Chicken Stock or Broth
