HEAT 1-inch of oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat to 330°F
- Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 (7 oz.) package Hungry Jack® Easy Pack™ Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- OR 1 1/2 cups Hungry Jack® Complete Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 (6 oz.) container lemon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon water
- Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
- Powdered sugar
BBQ Chicken Salad with Creamy BBQ Dressing

In a plastic bag, combine chicken and 1 c
- Creamy BBQ Dressing:
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. BBQ sauce, divided
- 3 hearts of romaine, chopped
- 1 c. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 5-6 green onions, chopped
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 c. tortilla chips, crunched up into pieces
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Chicken in Creamy Bacon Wine Sauce

1.Melt the butter and oil together in a large pan
- 50 g butter
- splash of olive oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 125 g bacon/pancetta, sliced into thin strips
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 8 chicken pieces on the bone (I used 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks)
- 250 g portabellini mushrooms, sliced
- 500 ml Riesling (or dry white wine of your choice)
- 250 ml cream
- salt & pepper to taste
- handful chopped parsley
American Macaroni Salad

- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drained
- 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup diced vine-ripened tomato (optional)
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

- 1/3 cup basil pesto, homemade (see below for recipe) or your favorite pesto
- 6 oz. grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise

Melt the butter on the bottom of the crock pot
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, cubed
- 4 small red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 cup baby carrots, chopped in half
- 3/4 cup string beans
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 oz.) packet dry ranch dressing mix
