Chicken and Tomato Skillet

- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs ( or 4 chicken breasts)

- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

BEEF STEAK WITH SOY MUSTARD GLAZE

combine the first 8 first ingredients in a blender until smooth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dijon
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 rib-eye steaks(8oz each)
Broccoli Cheddar Chicken and Rice Casserole

Spray the bottom and sides of a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray (or rub with butter); set aside
- For Topping:
- 1 cup uncooked rice (white, long grain)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 10.75oz cans of cheddar cheese soup
