  • Zesty Garlic Marinade:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 each red and green bell pepper and sweet onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 8 oz. button mushrooms
  • 1 recipe Zesty Garlic Marinade
  • 1/2 c. roasted Garlic Flavored Crisco Savory Seasonings or simply add 1 t. roasted garlic from a jar to 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T. honey
