Sesame Chicken with Broccoli

1. In a medium bowl whisk together 3 Tbsp
- 5 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 5 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 green onions, white parts thinly sliced and green tops reserved
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste(omit this for less spice)
- 1 small head broccoli, cut in florets, steamed until crisp-tender, 4 to 5 minutes
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Hot cooked brown rice (optional)
Seafood Alfredo Pasta Primavera

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 8 oz. uncooked penne pasta
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab or Lobster Delights®
Byerlys Pasta Fagioli Soup

Cut soup pouch open; transfer soup to a bowl and set aside
- 2 10 oz. pkgs. Lunds & Byerlys Chicken Noodle Soup, thawed
- 8 oz. Italian sausage
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 c. cubed zucchini
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 10 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper
- 2 T. minced fresh basil
- 4 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Creamy Cheddar-Potato Soup with Bacon

Feeds a crowd and freezes well
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 12 oz. pkg. bacon, roughly chopped
- 3 lb. russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch pieces(7 to 8 cups)
- 2 c. chopped yellow onion(from 1 large onion)
- 3 T. butter
- 3 small garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 8 oz. white cheddar cheese, shredded(about 2 cups)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 oz. yellow Cheddar cheese, shredded(about 1/2 cup). for topping

- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Fudgey Topping:
- 1 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1 can (14 oz.) Sweetended Condensed Milk
- 1 pkg milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
Deluxe Chicken Salad

- Dressing:
- 2 1/2 c. cubed chicken (about 4 breasts)
- 1/2 c. each of onion(green or sweet), green pepper, and celery, diced finely
- 2 T. pimento
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped cashews(added just before serving)
- 3/4 c. chow mein noodles(added just before serving)
- 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 1/2 T soy sauce

- 1 lb. Ground beef
- One 1 lb. 13 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 8oz. Can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/4 t. Garlic salt
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 6 oz. pkg. monzarella cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese

Sparkling Berry Sangria

Freeze the fruit and use it instead of ice to chill the sangria without diluting it
- 1 bottle rose wine, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups club soda, chilled
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 ounces strawberries, halved
- 6 ounces raspberries
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 2 oranges--1 thinly sliced into rounds, 1 juiced
