Chinese Coleslaw

- 1 pkg. coleslaw
- 4 or more T sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 pkgs. oriental or beef ramen noodles, crushed and toasted with almonds, sunflower seeds
- Dressing: 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar or red wine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Seasoning from Ramen noodles
Pesto Minestrone

In saucepan, cook sausage and fennel over medium-high, stirring, 5 minutes
- 8 ounces fresh Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup chopped fennel
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 15 1/2 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 10 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup pesto
- Shaved Parmesan

- 1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 drop red food coloring for pink coloring inside the ears(optional)
- Jelly beans
- Black or red string licorice
