  • 1 pkg. coleslaw
  • 4 or more T sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 pkgs. oriental or beef ramen noodles, crushed and toasted with almonds, sunflower seeds
  • Dressing: 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar or red wine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Seasoning from Ramen noodles


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Mix the first 4 ingredient together

1/2 hour before serving, add dressing
