Orange Creamsicle Shake

Place all the ingredients, except the orange zest, in a blender and mix until fully combined and creamy
- Approximately 4 original or 8 snack-sized HoneyBells, squeezed to make 1 cup juice (or 1 cup store-bought orange juice)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fat-free and/or sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange sorbet
- 1 tsp orange zest, finely grated, (optional garnish
Chicken Marsala

On a plate, stir together the flour, the 1 tsp
- 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt, plus more, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper, plus more, to taste
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, each about 6 oz.
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 4 shallots, minced
- 1/4 lb. pancetta, diced
- 2 1/4 cups Marsala
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 lb. cremini or button mushrooms, brushed clean, stems removed and caps cut into slices 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 3 Tbs. finely chopped fresh chives

- 1 cup uncooked regular white rice
- one 15-ounce can low sodium black beans

- for the salad:
- chopped romaine lettuce as needed
- sliced tomatoes as needed
- 1 large ripe avocado, cubed (or more as needed)
- 2 parts olive oil to 1 part lime juice as needed, plus a little sprinkling of ground cumin for dressing salad
