20 Minute Honey Garlic Shrimp

Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger (if using) together in a medium bowl
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- optional: 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined1
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- optional: chopped green onion for garnish
One-Pot Mac 'n' Cheese

Put the milk and macaroni in a medium saucepan
- 4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 pound elbow macaroni (about 3 cups)
- 8 ounces mild Cheddar, shredded (about 3 cups)
- 3 ounces part-skim mozzarella, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Large pinch cayenne pepper
- Large pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- Kosher salt
Sinful Cinnamon Rolls

Turn oven on to 200 degrees for 3 minutes and then turn off
- 2 pkg yeast( I use the pre packaged kind that comes in a 3 pack)
- 1/2 c warm water (110-120 degrees)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c butter, melted, separated (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- GLAZE
- 3-4 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- Enough milk to make a thick glaze (I use whole milk. your already indulging why not get a few extra calories)
Pinulada (Honey Balls)

Mix eggs and flour together
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb or 4 cups of flour, sifted
- 1 medium jar of honey
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar
- holiday sprinkles
- festive holiday bowls like the small aluminum ones
- 1 large brown paper bag
- oil for deep frying
CHEEZ WHIZ & TATER TOTS Bake

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown meat; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 3/4 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
- 1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Slice cucumbers and put in bowl
- ∙ 2 cucumbers
- ∙ 1/2 cup sugar
- ∙ 1/2 cup vinegar
- ∙ 1/2 cup oil
Greek Chicken Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook penne until al dente according to package instructions
- 1 lb. penne
- kosher salt
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. half and half (or whole milk)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh dill
- Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
Smoked Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings - Spicy Sriracha Onion Rings

- 4-5 Sweet Onions
- 2 T Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 2 T Mayo
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
Toastacho Casserole

For the casserole: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- CASSEROLE:
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 dried ancho chiles, stemmed and seeded
- 2 poblano chiles
- 16 corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch strips
- All natural cooking spray, for spraying tortilla strips
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 pound Mexican chorizo, casings removed
- 1 pound ground beef
- One 15-ounce can black beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar or a blend of Monterey Jack, pepper Jack, Cheddar, Chihuahua, asadero or any easy melting cheeses of choice (about 12 ounces)
- AVOCADO CREAM:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Pickled jalapeno slices, for garnish
- Chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce, for garnish
- Chopped tomatoes, for garnish
- Chopped red onions, for garnish
Beef and Bean Burritos

Preheat the oven to 170 to 180 degrees F
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Three 7-ounce cans Mexican tomato sauce (I use El Patobrand) or enchilada sauce
- One 28-ounce can refried beans
- 3/4 cup grated Cheddar, plus extra for sprinkling
- 12 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
